Minimum Experience/Education: Advanced technical training and more than 20 years of directly related work experience in one or more management, program, or policy analysis/research, or consulting disciplines OR an advanced degree (e.g., MA/MS or Ph.D, etc.) and at least 12-15 years of work experience directly related to the consulting project or assignment. Proven prior experience in leading highly complex organizational, management, program, policy or research projects requiring skillful planning, oversight, coordination, client interface and mastery of the subject matter and technical issues associated with the project. Recognized high-level governmental or industry competence in specialty areas encompassed by the project.
Functional Responsibilities: Establishes goals, project and/or business plans for area(s) of responsibility and has broad latitude for making decisions on behalf of the company as concerns managing all resources and processes attendant to highly complex and challenging projects. Sets goals, timetables, milestones, and makes commitments on behalf of the company.
