GRA Expands Retirement Training

For 2009 and 2010, GRA, Inc. has made a conscious effort to expand our retirement training initiatives, with successful results. This includes discounts from our normal GSA rates for retirement training only, using three outstanding retirement trainers with excellent knowledge of the subject as well as presentation skills, and an excellent participant manual.

In the last year, we have conducted retirement planning sessions at many agencies, including the following:

• Defense Finance and Accounting Service
• U.S. Army, White Sands Missile Base, New Mexico
• Department of Energy, Idaho Falls
• Rhode Island National Guard
• Several Department of Veterans Affairs Medical centers
• Broadcasting Board of Governors
• Fish and Wildlife Service
• U.S. Attorney’s Office, Boise, Idaho
• Federal Executive Association, Fargo/Moorhead, North Dakota

We use three top-quality instructors – John Grobe, Ann Ozuna, and Robert Barcus – for these sessions. All three are themselves Federal retirees, had long careers in Federal human resources management before retirement, and combine an excellent knowledge of the subject with outstanding presentation skills.

We are flexible in meeting the needs of agencies. This includes:

• Pre-retirement, mid-career, and early career sessions
• CSRS, FERS, or a combination of both
• One, two, and in some cases, three-day sessions on the topic
• An outstanding participant manual that is constantly updated
• Working with Federal Executive Boards and Associations on these programs
