Employment Opportunities

GRA, Inc. periodically seeks highly-qualified and motivated people with expertise particularly in federal human resources, general management and leadership, organizational development and improvement, investigations, and other areas to serve as consultants and trainers.

GRA, Inc. is a rapidly growing business with a successful track record of helping government agencies address their human resources and organizational improvement needs. We provide a wide variety of consulting services, as well as off-the-shelf and customized on-site and open enrollment training courses and services. What does GRA have to offer?

  • Interesting projects and assignments where you can utilize the skills you have gained throughout your career, as a GRA consultant, trainer, and/or project leader
  • Competitive hourly pay rates
  • Options to participate in Individual Retirement Accounts and in some cases a Qualified Retirement Plan for those individuals who work substantial amounts of time
  • The flexibility to specify the kinds of projects you are interested in working on, as well as when and where you would like to work

What are we looking for in a GRA Associate? The typical GRA Associate is an individual willing to work on full-time, part-time, temporary, or intermittent assignments, and/or project work. Most of our work is specific short-term or long-term projects with government agencies in the areas indicated. Retired or former Federal employees with strong backgrounds in human resources management, training, management consulting, and organizational improvement make ideal candidates to be GRA Associates.

Where do our Associates work? Most of our projects are in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. However, we occasionally work on projects and assignments at agencies throughout the United States. Therefore, while there are greater opportunities for individuals in the D.C. area than in other locations, we seek candidates throughout the United States for these opportunities.

If you are interested in becoming a GRA Associate, please:

  1. Contact Gary Koca, GRA's Vice President of Operations Support, at GaryK@GRAinc.com. Also, please provide him with a short, 1-3 page resume describing your background, skills, and contact information.
  2. Indicate your areas of interest, desired work schedule, and when you will be available to begin work. Once you have done these things, we can begin to consider using you on GRA projects and assignments.

We look forward to learning of your interest in working for GRA! Please visit other areas of our website (www.GRAinc.com) to learn more about GRA.
