Nancy H. Segal
Ms. Segal has more than 30 years of experience in leading and conducting various federal human resource programs. Since July of 2004, she has served as senior associate with GRA. She has served as a writer, featured speaker, consultant, trainer, and developer of training materials over the past four years. She is a recognized expert in the fields of employee relations, performance management, outplacement and EEO – and is a frequently requested speaker and trainer in these areas. She has worked with a number of downsizing agencies to coach their staffs in resume writing, the federal application process and transitioning to new employment.
Recently she has taught sessions for DoD agencies on performance management topics related to the implementation of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS). Ms. Segal has won many performance and special act awards and was the recipient of OCC’s highest honor award.
