Robert (Bob) E. Campbell
Mr. Campbell has 30+ years of experience in leading human resource programs specializing in labor-management and employee relations. He has developed and negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements as well as key strategies in business line development and agency outsourcing/downsizing initiatives.
He has provided consultant services to the National Mediation Board, National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Transportation Security Administration and U.S. Department of Navy. He has served as Department of Navy Agency Representative in several hundred MSPB, EEOC and Labor Arbitration hearings.
