Joseph Land, Sr.
Mr. Land is an outstanding trainer/facilitator who conducts over 175 training programs annually, primarily for Federal government agencies. He trains and facilitates in a variety of areas, including leadership, communications, motivation, interpersonal skills, performance management, and conflict resolution.
He is also extensively involved in assisting the Department of Defense to develop and implement various aspects of its new performance management system by training DoD managers, supervisors, and employees worldwide in the new National Security Personnel System (NSPS).
