Michael W. McClure
Mr. McClure has over 32 years of experience in leading and managing various federal employee relations and labor relations human resource programs and has developed and implemented legislation, regulations, and policies in the major functional areas of employee relations and labor relations.
He is a recognized leader in the Federal Human Resources community. Currently he is providing performance management and employee relations consulting services as an employee of GRA. Additionally, he is working part time as a reemployed annuitant for the Training and Doctrine Command, Department of Army, specializing in implementation of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS).
