David Weisberg
Dave Weisberg is a highly qualified position classification and compensation specialist who has performed these duties for the last 22 years as a contractor and consultant and for 27 years before that as a senior HR official with the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of the Navy.
During the past 22 years as a position classification consultant, he has provided outstanding classification and compensation services to more than 25 Federal Departments and local governments that have included the preparation of position descriptions and position evaluation statements, the development of important position management reports, the creation of crediting plans and performance appraisals and the conduct of key agency organizational reviews.
