Sara Ervin Walser
Dr. Walser has over 20 years experience as a human resource professional in the federal and private sectors. Experience includes writing, developing and implementing all facets of Human Resources policy; designing and delivering workshops and seminar sessions on human resource development and career transition topics, performance management and workforce planning; and providing individual and group career and executive coaching.
Dr. Walser’s management experience includes directing HRD policy for a cabinet-level federal agency, career center manager and personnel officer. She has guided individuals and organizations through all stages of workforce restructuring and downsizing.
